Premium quality of bucket bushings and pins are made from 40Cr as raw materials, which makes our parts different from the others who use steel 45# as raw material, with longer wear life and stable performance. In addition, we conduct proper tempering and quenching heat treatment, reaching hardness of 50-52HRC.
Not just the quality, we also attach great importance to its finishing look, our bushing is mirror type shining with special treatment. Unlike the others, majority of the factory only do CNN machining without any finshing treatment.
